Job Role: Freelancer Tele Counselor

Eligibility

1. A high school diploma or its equivalent is required.
2. Any outbound or telesales expertise in the United States is essential.
3. Understand and communicate in basic Hindi.
4. The minimum age limit is 18 years old.
5. Excellent verbal communication skills.
6. The ability to change your communication style on the spur of the moment.
7. Excellent interpersonal, research, and record-keeping abilities.
8. Capability to accept criticism without internalizing it.

Roles & Responsibility

1. Assume responsibility for guiding potential students through the call and assisting them in making better career decisions.
2. Answer questions about the company and its products.
3. Outbound calls and regular follow-ups on assigned leads are your responsibility.
4. Selling memberships to students based on their needs.
5. Responsible for thoroughly explaining the product’s features and how to use the packages.
6. Providing a positive customer experience
