Supply Chain Operations Academy Training Program – We are super excited to welcome you all to our specialized training program on supply chain operations. This training program takes a complete 360-degree approach to help you actively learn through interactive videos, simulations, digital handouts, Q&A activities, and hands-on experience during your internship period in state-of-the-art facilities.

It provides you an in-depth understanding of the e-commerce industry. along with a detailed overview of supply chain operations mánagement. Also, our program thoroughly helps you develop the right skills required to boost your career and personality.

How it works

The duration depends on which training program (module) a trainee is choosing. As of date, there are four categories of training program — one is for delivery associates (delivery hub), the second one is for warehousing, the third one is eDAB and the last one is Wholesale Operation Associate. For the modules the duration is of 54 days.

Benefits

The training is done free of cost and students do not have to pay any fees at the academy. After successful completion of digital learning and assessment, trainees are given an opportunity to do an On-the-Job-Training (OJT) at a Flipkart facility for 45 days. They get a chance to perform actual roles and a feel of what happens in the actual workplace.
The trainees are given a stipend for the entire OJT period.

(Note: Candidates will have to arrange their own stay and travel arrangements during the OJT.)
Certificate of training will be given by Flipkart to successful candidates who complete the entire training program. The certificate can also be extended as co-branded based on the scope with the respective government body or agency.
