Any person, with an android phone and a vehicle can join the program and can get started. This program also offers choice to individuals w.r.t time slot selection and area in which they wish to deliver.

How do I sign-up for ‘Sanjeev’?

To sign-up:

• Download our Delivery Partner App – ‘Ecom Sanjeev’ and complete the registration process by filling in all the details required (you can download the App either from Google Play Store or through this link – https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=in.pytech.ecomdp)
• We will review your application. Successful applicants will be called for a face-to-face on-boarding process
• Applicant to report to the onboarding centre to complete physical verification, and for training and assessment purposes
• Successful onboarding will result in ID and password creation for login to our internal Last Mile App
• You are now our official Delivery Partner

What are the eligibility criteria to enroll in this program?

To become our Delivery Partner:

• You must be 18 years old
• You should have an android smartphone
• You should have a vehicle (2/3/4 wheeler) which meets all the applicable laws and safety requirements
• A valid Driving License
• A valid ID Proof
• A valid PAN Card
• A Savings or a Current Bank Account

Slots & Onboarding

What are the available slots for me to make deliveries?

You are required to dedicate 6 days in a week and can select between two slots – 4 hours and 8 hours. We encourage you to pick your most suitable stretch to get started.

What kind of leaves am I entitled to after I have successfully been on-boarded?

Regardless of our 365 days and 24 hours operations, you are always entitled to 1 week-off. However, you can always choose to work on your week-offs to increase your earning potential. Any additional leaves can be taken (as per policy) with prior information.

Do I need to deposit any amount with the company after I am successfully on-boarded?

No, you need not deposit any amount.

Delivery related Concerns

From where do I need to pick-up the parcels for delivery?

You will be allotted a Delivery Centre in your city after you are successfully on-boarded. This Delivery Centre will be your work location from where you need to pick-up the parcels.

What are the available areas where I can make deliveries?

Your delivery area will be within the city of the Delivery Centre allotted to you.

Am I suggested to carry money change for Cash on Delivery orders?

Yes, we strongly recommend you carry money change every time you are out for delivery.

What if my working hours are over, and I am yet to attempt some deliveries?

We have accounted that these instances may occur. Hence, we have built an algorithm on the number of parcels that can be effectively attempted within your opted stretch without compromising on your earning potential.

What should I do if I have a question about delivery while I am on job?

You can always contact the Delivery Centre Head in case of any queries while you are on job.

What are the safety measures should I ensure while I am on field?

Road Safety is one of the most important safety measures that you should ensure. Always wear helmet while riding two – wheeler and wear seat belt while driving, and the necessary PPEs while you are on the field.

What is my earning potential working with you?

When will I get paid?

You will be paid every week. We process payments every Thursday via direct deposit to the bank account you provided us during sign-up.

What are my earnings estimates based on?

Your earnings will be based on the stretch selected by you. We always aim to ensure the number of parcels assigned to you for delivery are realistic, considering your slot, area congestion, and the primary requirement of rider’s/driver’s safety.
